ГУУМП and DEVA-S for humic fertilizer production in Sevastopol.
Objective: To produce humic fertilizers from biohumus, a process that involves grinding the biohumus and subsequent cavitation treatment. Challenge: While the initial biohumus material is relatively small, direct cavitation processing is hindered by the presence of hard inclusions. Solution: To overcome this challenge, the following process is implemented: • GUUUMP: A wet grinding unit (GUUUMP) is used to grind the biohumus to a particle size less than 120 µm, effectively removing the hard inclusions. • DEVA-S: The resulting finely ground biohumus is then subjected to cavitation treatment using the DEVA-S cavitation complex. This two-step process ensures efficient and effective processing of the biohumus for the production of humic fertilizers.
