In October-November 2023, commissioning and start-up works were completed for the launch of the DEVA-F.PRO complex at the enterprise LLC “Bonus” in Vyborg, Leningrad Oblast.
The enterprise specializes in the production of organic and organomineral fertilizers from peat.
It’s notable that the technological equipment occupies approximately 36 square meters, where the following are located:
- Wet grinding unit GUMP for peat and peat gel production.
- DEVA-S.3 cavitation processing unit
- Mixing tanks for finished product
- Water storage tanks
Only high-quality raw materials are used in the production of OU.
It is important to note that the enterprise is capable of contract manufacturing of OU using both its own raw materials and those supplied by the customer. The existing equipment enables the implementation of virtually any OU formulation.
