Tests have been carried out to prepare straw for further gasification.
Task statement: it is necessary to obtain a homogeneous suspension from straw for further gasification in the Customer’s methane tank in Serbia.
To solve the problem, GUUMP was used for wet grinding, as well as DEVA-C to increase the yield of the gaseous fraction during gasification.
As a result of wet grinding in GUUMP, a homogeneous suspension was obtained, which was then successfully processed in DEVA-C.
It was found that for full-fledged processing in DEVA-C, approximately two cycles of wet milling of straw in GUUMP are required to obtain a finely ground product.
