Hydroimpact Wet Grinding Unit (HWMU) is designed for the preparation of a wide range of liquid suspensions and mixtures: from coal, peat and other materials.
The GUUMP implements two main functions – grinding dry bulk material and mixing it (homogenization) with liquids (water), which allows to reduce the number of elements in technological complexes for the preparation of solutions and mixtures “solid + liquid”. Considering that the grinding of solid (bulk) material is carried out to sizes of 100…200 microns and less, the GUUMP is well suited for the preliminary preparation of peat to obtain peat gel (peat suspensions).
Since the GUUMP includes elements for the metered supply of bulk material, the composition of the mixture (solid/liquid ratio) can be quickly controlled during operation.
